Country Estates had an existing Estate Agency building, based in Glengormley, Northern Ireland. With a growing customer base and expansion concentrating on a full range of financial services associated with home buying, the client recognised a need to either find alternative premises or modernise the existing facilities.
Since the business was located in a busy thoroughfare, it was decided that for commercial reasons, the existing facility had to be modernised.
By working closely with the client and his team, the optimal solution was to design an additional storey on top of the existing building, given the lack of space available at street level.
Once the timber frame section was produced, it was assembled on site, whilst Country Estates was able to continue business with no downtime whatsoever.
Innovative features included:
- 1500 sq ft of office accomodation on the first floor.
- Complete upgrade to the existing ground floor interior to include air conditioning and modern décor.
The end result was a complete transformation of an existing building, which is vitally important in an industry where first impressions really last.
